Agricultural property
The agricultural property Dieplischwand 2 is located in the mountain zone 2 and comprises several buildings, some of which have been renovated. The total area consists of around 11.0 ha of agricultural land and 4.4 ha of forest, spread over 5 plots. The land is located close to the farm and is well connected. Year-round animal husbandry is not currently possible, as the former barn in particular lacks a manure storage facility. Seasonal animal husbandry is possible in the existing barn during the growing season.
Agricultural land and forest
The agricultural land is mostly usable as meadow or pasture land. Arable farming is not possible. The soils are of medium quality and partly overgrown with bushes and rocks. The forest area can be managed and the timber can be extracted and transported via a winch and access road.
The agricultural property comprises more than 11.0 hectares of agricultural land, which is contiguous and consists of the following slopes:
- 28 ares up to 18% slope (flat)
- 600 ares 18 – 35% slope
- 357 ares 35 -50% slope
- 120 ares over 50% slope
The plots are located in the Klimazone D 5-6, in a typical area for fodder crops.
Buildings
The water supply is guaranteed by a private well, which provides around 6 to 10 liters per minute.

The residence comprises two large apartments, a garage, a workshop and various ancillary rooms.
The ground floor/first floor apartment is a 6.5-room apartment. The second floor apartment is a 3.5-room apartment.
In 1988, the residence was given a new structure. The windows are double-glazed. The central heating system with half-meter-wide ducts is in need of renovation. If desired, the forest plots can be sold separately. The property can also be sold as a hobby property with a land area of up to 100 ares.

- Dhe buyer must manage the property himself (= self-management)
- The price may not be converted (already checked by the seller)
- The property is located in the usual agricultural area (6 to max. 8 km, only if the buyer already runs a farm business)
